How do I pay?
Pay with PhonePe at checkout. We pack after PhonePe confirms. There is no cash on delivery.
Money was deducted but I did not get a confirmation?
Wait a few minutes. You should get a WhatsApp from Masalaa once payment is confirmed. If nothing arrives, message us on WhatsApp with your PhonePe reference. If PhonePe does not confirm, your bank returns the amount in 3–5 working days.
How do I know my order is confirmed?
A WhatsApp from Masalaa with your items and total. That message is the confirmation. We then pack.
When will my order arrive?
Hyderabad homes, usually 3–5 days after PhonePe confirms. We send the expected date on WhatsApp once the order is received, then a time slot on the day it is out for delivery.
How do I track my order?
We message on WhatsApp when the date is set and again when it is arriving. There is no separate tracking portal yet.
Can I cancel?
Yes — message us on WhatsApp before we pack. After dispatch, the returns policy applies.
Missing, leaking, or wrong item?
WhatsApp us within 7 days with your order number and a photo. We replace or refund the affected item. See the returns policy for the full rules.
How do I use TRY10?
TRY10 is 10% off your first Masalaa order. It applies at checkout for first-time customers. Do not add spaces in the code.
Is there free shipping?
Yes, from ₹1,250. Below that, delivery is charged at checkout. Masalaa currently delivers only within Hyderabad.
Do you deliver outside Hyderabad?
Not yet. Checkout is locked to Hyderabad.
How do I order without finishing the website checkout?
WhatsApp or call 98-66610-391, Monday to Saturday, 10am–6pm.
The courier did not attempt delivery?
Partners usually call before drop and try three times. After three failed attempts the parcel returns to us. Message us and we will reship or refund.
When will I get a refund?
To the original PhonePe method, usually within 7 business days after we approve it.
